We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability displayed on our website are accurate.
Product colours, packaging or appearance may vary slightly from photographs displayed online.
All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TT$) unless otherwise stated.
Prices and promotions may change from time to time. The price applicable to an online order will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Online Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
After an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to contact you if additional information is required to process or fulfil your order.
Submitting an order does not guarantee product availability.
Payment
Online card payments are processed securely through WiPay.
Payment must be successfully authorised before a paid online order can be processed.
Coss Cutters Toys & Things does not require customers to provide their full card details directly to us when payments are processed through the payment provider.
Delivery
Standard delivery within Trinidad & Tobago is available for a flat fee of TT$50 per order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid telephone or WhatsApp number.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume and other circumstances.

Free Store Pickup
Customers may select Free Store Pickup during checkout.
There is no delivery charge for orders collected from our store.
Please wait until your order has been confirmed as ready for collection before visiting the store.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Items should generally be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all accessories, parts and other items originally supplied.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after receiving or collecting them.

Participation in the Coss Cutters Birthday Club is voluntary.
Parents or guardians who register a child for the Birthday Club consent to the information they provide being used to administer the programme and, where permission has been provided, to communicate relevant birthday offers, promotions, gift ideas and product information.
